Whether it is sgraffito-style lines on a linen-blend based cloth or velvety flock adorning your walls we have a number of decorative flock patterns to offer you the much in demand luxe look you crave.  Flocking can be applied to many different surfaces (check out the Telafina fabric and the new 1838 wallcovering in the picture below). This look is created by tiny synthetic fibers that are attached onto a surface. Flock particles are sifted over the surface which has glue applied to it, and then is electrically charged to get the fibers to stand up and produce the napped effect. This can range from velvety to bristly, depending on the length of the fiber.
